Mediation
ADS realizes that many individuals and organizations involved in conflicts or disputes do not have the time or money to bring the matter to court. Our mediation services help resolve conflicts and disputes related to workplace conflicts, business dispute mediation and small claims mediation. We also work with parties that are facing conflicts related to real estate issues, including landlord-tenant mediation, condominium/homeowner’s association mediation, and buyer-seller mediation.
Why Choose Mediation?
Mediation is a cost-effective and time-efficient method of dispute resolution that allows parties to retain control over the outcome. We work with both of the parties to identify and discuss their underlying interests that provide a mutually beneficial resolution to both parties.
We strive to provide quality, reliable, and creative mediation services to help facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes.
The Mediation Process
Initial Consultation: We begin with a consultation to understand your situation, goals, and preferences. This helps us determine if mediation is the right approach for you.
Pre-Mediation Session: We believe that preparation is essential to conducting a successful mediation. We meet with both parties separately to build trust, understanding, and a rapport with them to ensure they are prepared for the mediation. This saves time and increases the chances that a mutually beneficial agreement can be made between the parties.
Mediation Sessions: Mediation sessions are conducted at a mutually agreed-upon time and location. Our mediators facilitate the conversation, ensuring that all parties can express themselves and work toward solutions.
Agreement Drafting: If an agreement is reached, our team can assist in drafting a formal document that outlines the terms and conditions, which may be legally binding.
Post-Resolution Support: After resolution, we provide ongoing support to help ensure that the agreed-upon terms are implemented effectively.
Let us be your bridge to conflict resolution.
Conflict Resolution & Negotiation Training
Workplace Conflict Resolution Training
Conflict Resolution Training programs equip you and your team with the tools, knowledge and skills needed to manage conflicts effectively.
Tailored for organizations, ideal for individuals and teams new to conflict resolution.
This program covers basic conflict resolution and communication skills, instruction on how leaders and managers can help resolve employee conflicts, and training employees on tools and techniques to self-mediate conflicts between co-workers.
We also provide Advanced Conflict Resolution training to raise your conflict resolution skills to the next level with negotiation tactics, advanced strategies, and mediation techniques.
Negotiation Training:
Our negotiation training helps organizational leaders and managers, startup founders, and small business owners secure favorable deals with third parties and enhance relationships both internally and externally. The skills learned in both training programs ultimately benefit the organization’s bottom line and overall success. Great negotiation skills empower leaders to navigate the complex landscape of running an organization effectively. These skills help secure funding, establish partnerships, help with working and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, manage costs, and resolve conflicts. This can ultimately contribute to the long-term success and growth of the organization.
Having represented many CEOs, startup founders, and small business owners over the years as a business, corporate, and employment law attorney, ADS realizes how important it is for leaders to have great negotiation skills to help further their organization’s goals.
Negotiation training covers a range of topics and skills aimed at improving an individual’s ability to engage in effective negotiations. This includes communication skills, conflict resolution skills, active listening skills, problem-solving, and strategic planning, among others.
Our Approach
Our training programs are highly interactive, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, role-playing, and real-world scenarios. We use a combination of lectures, role-playing, simulations, and real-life case studies to make the training interactive
We believe in learning by doing – ensuring that participants gain hands-on experience in conflict resolution.

Ombudsman Services
Outsourced Organizational Ombudsman
Many employees deal with workplace issues, such as bullying, discrimination, and harassment. A lot of employees are unsure of how to handle a situation like that, so they may just keep enduring the conflict, may quit the organization or look towards taking legal action against the company.
Our Organizational Ombudsman Services provide a safe space and confidential resource to help employees resolve workplace conflicts.
We work with organizations in the following industries: hospitality, healthcare , entertainment and financial services.
We help employees connect with resources to resolve these types of issues and better understand company policies, guidelines and organizational structure. We also serve as a neutral advocate for individuals and organizations seeking help navigating complex issues by listening, understanding, and providing guidance and options to resolve these issues.
Organizational ombuds help employees address concerns and conflicts that can help foster a better work environment. They also add value to leaders and other stakeholders of an organization by being able to help identify and communicate systemic patterns and trends within the organization to leaders that may be adversely affecting the company, without revealing any information or identities of the constituents.
This information can be used by leadership to help address issues and create a positive working environment for their employees. This, in turn, leads to increased productivity and possible prevention of negative brand reputation for the company and potential litigation in the future.
ADS aims to provide quality, reliable, empathetic organization ombud services for organizations. This includes abiding by and following the four principles set forth by the International Ombuds Association (IOA). These principles include independence, impartiality, informality and confidentiality. We also practice according to the IOA’s Code of Ethics.Getting Started
